As part of our National Health Center Week Celebration, CWWCHC will host its 11th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair at our Wilkinson Blvd location, on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. The address for the event is 3333 Wilkinson Bld. Charlotte, NC, 28208.
