Innovation in Mecklenburg: making a difference! The C.W. Williams Community Health Center and Charlotte Housing Authority (now Inlivian) have partnered to provide on-site healthcare clinics at Charlottetown Terrace and Strawn residential facilities.
Through the Charlotte Housing Medical Centers, elderly and disabled residents receive the care they need without having to leave the premises.
Our mission is to improve spiritual, physical and psychosocial health by providing access to the highest quality comprehensive healthcare and ancillary services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay.
