Our facility caters to the elderly and we do annual wellness exams yearly as well as all primary care but we have no special programs designated for elderly only.
Only registered patients of the center may access our pharmacy.

Come to C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. where we can refer to the appropriate OB facility and begin prenatal vitamins. We are working towards offering early prenatal care at our facility.
We urge our patients to call first thing in the morning if they are sick. If you are unable to call, you may walk in and be seen by one of our providers.
We offer flu shots to registered patients as available.
You may call the center and speak with a Patient Services Representative to schedule a new patient appointment.
No, our center does not provide free services. If you are uninsured, you will pay a flat rate for services based on your total household income. (see below: “May I see a provider if I don’t have insurance?”)
We employ licensed primary care physicians as well as nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and dentist.
Yes, we accept all patients, regardless of whether or not they have a health insurance policy. We offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance that is based on household income.
Patients can receive primary care in areas of medical, dental, pharmacy, and health support. Our medical team provides STD Testing, Point-of-Care Rapid HIV Testing, and can prescribe PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis for patients at high-risk of contracting HIV). We encourage our patients to talk to their providers about being LGBT.
